- That the customer can't afford it.
- That the customer won't buy it.
- That the customer doesn't understand your product.
- That the customer won't buy more than one.
- That the customer won't price your competitors
- That the customer won't like you.
Have confidence in your product or service and believe in the need it fills. Always ask questions and LISTEN to the customer's answers. Sell to what they need, not your own expectations of what they need.
